A common question I get asked when people enquire about lessons is “How many am I going to need?” This is quite a difficult question to answer, as everyone comes in a unique situation, for different reasons, and with different needs and expectations. To a certain extent, what we are working with is muscular habits and some people’s habits are more deep-rooted and stubborn than others’.
As a rough guideline I would say that after about 6 to 10 lessons you would have a basic grounding in the technique, feel an improvement in yourself, and could begin to apply the technique to your life. As with learning any skill, the more you invest in it the more you get back from it. Many people benefit from, and enjoy their lessons so much that they keep having more.
